Psalm 71:4 & 5 (NKJV)

Deliver me, O my God, out of the hand of the wicked, out of the hand of the unrighteous and cruel man. For you are my hope, O LORD GOD; you are my trust from my youth.

Colossians 1:13 & 14 (NKJV)

He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.

John 1:4 (NKJV)

In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.

Abba Father how awesome it is that You deliver us from the darkness of the world, from the destruction of sin and evil, so that we may bask forever in the light and love of Your Son Jesus Christ and it all begins when we make that wonderful confession, "Yes Jesus You are our Savior and we confess You the Lord of our lives." It is in His glorious name that we pray. Amen.
